Her work uniquely integrates emotional depth with leadership insight, serving clients who carry extraordinary responsibility and internal pressure.

What Makes This Executive Therapy Model Unique?

Therapy-Forward, Not Coaching-Led: Unlike coaching, which focuses on performance metrics, our approach is rooted in trauma-informed, relational psychotherapy. We support core-level healing and values-aligned emotional growth for emotionally burdened leaders.

The CLEAR Framework: The proprietary CLEAR Executive Therapy Model guides the therapeutic journey:

  • Clarity – Identify emotional blind spots and leadership role conflicts

  • Leverage – Reclaim inner strengths and reframe identity

  • Emotional Mastery – Understand emotional suppression, shame, and trauma patterns

  • Alignment & Action – Move toward values-driven leadership and boundary clarity

  • Renewal – Reflect, integrate, and define legacy and purpose

Integration of Transactional Analysis (TA): TA is woven throughout the work to help leaders understand internal ego states (Parent, Adult, Child), navigate power dynamics, and shift unconscious relational patterns that affect both personal and professional relationships.

Evidence-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT interventions are tailored to executive functioning, targeting maladaptive thought patterns related to self-worth, perfectionism, and leadership anxiety. We help clients reframe internal narratives that silently erode their confidence.

Exclusivity & Experience: Executive Therapy is available exclusively through Dr. Linda Iyebote, whose unique background in organizational psychology and trauma-informed care offers rare insight into both the human and systemic dimensions of leadership.

Her clients include CEO and other C-Suite leaders, founders, medical directors, nonprofit executives, and high-stakes professionals across industries, each seeking a private, confidential, expert therapeutic relationship rooted in integrity, emotional intelligence, and clarity.

Love Re-Paired: Affair Recovery Therapy

Area of Expertise

The Love Re-Paired Program at Elra Wellness Group is an affair-recovery journey built for lasting connection. As one of our two flagship services, Love Re-Paired is a comprehensive, long-term couples therapy program spanning 12–24 months. Dr. Iyebote and her trusted clinicians guide partners through the emotional fallout and trauma of infidelity, rebuild trust, and cultivate a renewed sense of safety and intimacy in relationships and marriages after an affair.

What Makes Love Re-Paired Unique?

At the moment of affair discovery, both partners endure profound trauma that’s too often overlooked. The betrayed partner experiences shock, grief, and a shattering of core trust, while the involved partner navigates intense shame, guilt, and a fractured sense of self. Love Re-Paired uniquely recognizes and addresses this dual trauma and we begin by stabilizing each partner’s emotional safety, then guide both through tailored, trauma-informed interventions so that healing happens side by side rather than in isolation.

Treatment is not one-size-fits all so our trauma-informed approach integrates the following frameworks:

  • Gottman Institute Methods: Evidenced-based structured exercises to improve communication, rebuild friendship, and manage conflict in real time.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Deepens emotional bonds by identifying and reshaping insecure attachment patterns.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Challenges unhelpful beliefs (e.g., self-blame, catastrophizing) and promotes healthier thought patterns.

  • Narrative Therapy: Helps each partner re-author the story of “what happened,” moving from blame to shared meaning.

Our clients for this program are couples who are ready to move beyond the pain of infidelity and rebuild their relationship on a foundation of trust, compassion, and mutual growth. They are action-oriented learners who value practical tools and they are committed to the long haul.
