Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Elra Wellness Group, we are committed to providing high-quality, intentional care. Consistency and regular attendance in therapy are essential for meaningful progress. Each session is reserved specifically for you, and your therapist prepares in advance to support your goals. Late cancellations and missed appointments not only disrupt your progress—they also limit availability for other clients seeking care.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will result in the following fees:

• $100 for individual therapy

• $150 for couples therapy

• $200 for executive therapy

These fees are not covered by insurance and will be charged to the card on file.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled any time up to 24 hours in advance. The late cancellation fee may be waived if an alternative appointment is available within the same calendar week. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to clinician availability.

Missed Appointments Policy

Appointments missed without prior notice will be considered no-shows and will incur the full service fee ($165 for individual sessions, $190 - $250 for couples and $275 - $350 for executive therapy). This fee is not covered by insurance and will be charged to the card on file.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will be considered a missed appointment, and you will be charged the full service fee. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be charged to the card on file. This policy ensures that sessions remain clinically effective and respectful of both your time and others'.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise and will evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, repeated late cancellations, missed sessions, or late arrivals may affect your ability to retain an ongoing appointment slot.
