Ph.D., LCSW, CCTP

Dr. Linda Iyebote is a heart-centered and insight-oriented therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating various challenges and life transitions. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Global Psychologist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Board-Certified Social Work Supervisor, she brings over 14 years of experience to her practice. Her work is grounded in multicultural and evidence-based frameworks, with a strong focus on affair recovery therapy, pre- and post-marital counseling, couples counseling for parents raising children with development differences, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, postpartum challenges, and relational dynamics. Her approach is relational, thoughtful, and practical; helping clients understand the patterns beneath their struggles while developing greater clarity, self-awareness, and agency.

With individuals, Dr. Iyebote's creates a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and understand how your past experiences may be shaping your present. She works collaboratively with you to identify patterns, process difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and reconnect with their sense of self. Her goal is not simply to help you cope with what is happening, but to help you develop greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence in how you choose to move forward.

With couples, Dr. Iyebote's helps partners understand the patterns keeping them stuck, take responsibility for their part in the relationship, and create meaningful opportunities for repair and reconnection. She helps couples move beyond the surface of the disagreement to understand the emotions, needs, expectations, and experiences underneath it. Whether navigating communication challenges, betrayal, intimacy concerns, or emotional disconnection, the work focuses on helping couples relate to one another differently and build a more intentional marriage.

And whether it's a just you or you and your partner, Dr. Iyebote's is to create a space where you feel both understood and gently challenged to grow. At the heart of her work is the belief that therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about understanding yourself more deeply so you can live, love, and relate more intentionally.

About Our Founder/CEO

Meet the Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion. Excellence.

The Elra Wellness Group team is committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based mental health care to individuals, couples, families, and professionals. Our team consists of dedicated clinicians and support staff who work collaboratively to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can heal, grow, and thrive.

As a client with Elra Wellness Group, you're never getting "whoever is available." You're getting someone chosen. Every clinician on this team is hand-selected, not just for their license, but for the way they show up in the room.

Clinical excellence is the baseline. Beyond that, we look for cultural humility, genuine presence, and the kind of care that makes people feel safe enough to do the real work of healing. That standard doesn't shift depending on who you're paired with.

Whether you sit across from Dr. Linda Iyebote or one of the clinicians she has personally selected or supervised, you're receiving the same caliber of care that is rooted in clinical depth, culturally responsive practice, and, where it fits your story, faith-integrated support. Building a team was about making excellent care available to more people, without lowering the bar for a single one of them. However you find your way to us, individual therapy, couples work, premarital counseling, affair recovery, know this: you are in excellent hands.
