Elra Wellness Group is a private practice serving individuals and couples across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.. Founded by Dr. Linda Iyebote, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and International Psychologist, the practice was created from a deep commitment to helping clients experience greater emotional balance, clarity, and peace. At the heart of our work is the belief that therapy should lead to both a quiet heart and a rested mind, a state where emotional overwhelm no longer drives your decisions and mental exhaustion no longer defines your daily life.

Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time 1099 independent contractor position offering full clinical autonomy within a professionally managed practice infrastructure. You must be licensed in VA, MD, and/or DC and have an active unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). You set your own schedule, select your own clients, and practice in the modalities you're trained in, while Elra Wellness Group handles insurance credentialing, billing, administrative infrastructure, and client matching.
The individual in this role will provide therapy services to individuals and/or couples including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions.

$150 annual stipend toward ethics continuing education units. Professional development is a practice investment, not a personal expense. Reimbursed upon submission of receipt for qualifying ethics CEU coursework.

Full access to Sessions Health EHR for telehealth sessions, documentation, scheduling, and client communication; provided by the practice at no cost to you.

Full Administrative Support
Billing, insurance credentialing, marketing, client matching, and practice management handled entirely by the practice. We just want you to show up and do excellent clinical work.

Practice Brand Visibility
Your profile featured on elrawellness.org and the Elra Wellness Group Psychology Today listing, giving you immediate visibility without building your own marketing presence from scratch.

Active, unrestricted licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia (Maryland, and/or Washington D.C. is a plus)

Professional liability (malpractice) insurance — minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 aggregate

Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions

Ability to complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of each session

Professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to client care

Specialty in couples, affair recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions

Training in Gottman Method, EFT, CBT, or EMDR

Experience with diverse and multicultural populations
